Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and VAT fees that may apply. Important note: I am based in France.

 

What's a pre-order?

x A pre-order item is a product that hasn't been manufactured yet. You are paying for items upfront and will receive them later once they are produced. 

x These items are usually priced lower, or come with freebies, and it may be your only time to get it! 

 

Will the item still be sold after pre-orders? 

There is no guarantee on stock availability or restock after selling out. If there is demand, small items like stickers are likely to be restocked. Expensive items like plush toys will most likely not be restocked due to their cost. 

 

Timeframe for pre-orders

x Merch production starts at the end of the pre-order period. 

x Manufacturing will generally take 1-3 months before I am able to ship them out. 

x See product listing for the estimated time. Pre-orders are also subject to delays and early shipments. 

 

Where is my pre-order/what's the status of my pre-order? 

x First, please be sure to read the product description to get an estimate on product manufacturing and shipping times. 

x You can check my pre- order progress sheet to see how certain merchandise is coming along! 

 

Ordering in stock items with pre-orders 

If you order an in stock item with a pre order item, all your items will be shipped to you the same time as the pre order. If you want your in stock item sooner please order separately.

 

Order processing

Typically 1 week for in stock items. At least 1 Between 1- 3 months for pre orders. 

 

How fast is shipping? 

x European orders: 3-7 days 

x International orders: Approx. 2 weeks 

x Shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19, customs, or holidays. 

 

Do you ship to ___? 

x I do not ship to Germany for now due to LUCID laws.

x Please make sure I can ship to you! If I can't send your products to you after you've placed the order, I will refund your order minus the PayPal fee. 

 

Where is my package? 

Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, please direct all shipping concerns to the shipping provider.

 

I put the incorrect address! What should I do? 

x If your order hasn't been shipped yet, I can manually change it. Be sure to contact me as fast as possible to change it!

x If your order gets returned to me after shipment, I will reach out to you! You will need to repay the shipping fee so I can reship it back to you.

 

If you received an incorrect order / a missing item / a damaged item / or your package has been marked as "delivered" but is still missing.

Please contact me and I will do my best to help you and fix the problem!

 

Returns/ Exchange

All sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds

Refunds are only available for orders with tracking.

Cancellations

x Pre orders may not be canceled after the pre order phase ends as the funds are used to create the product. 

x In stock items may be canceled within 3 days of purchase. (As long as it hasn't already been shipped out.)

x Any cancellation will be refunded minus the paypal fee.
