Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and VAT fees that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs. All orders are shipped from France unless stated otherwise in the product listing.
Order processing
It takes around 1 week to ship out in stock items. Between 1- 3 months for pre orders.
Pre- Orders
A pre-order item is a product that hasn't been manufactured yet and can take months to make and ship. You are paying for items upfront and will receive them later once they are produced.
These items are usually priced lower or come with freebies. There is no guarantee on stock availability or restock after selling out and it may be your only chance to get the product!

Ordering in stock items with pre-orders
If your order contains an in stock item with a pre- order item, they will ALL be shipped out at the same time when the pre-order item is ready. If you want your in stock item sooner, please order it separately.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 3 days of purchase for in stock items (as long as it hasn't already been shipped out).
Pre-orders may be cancelled during the pre order period but not after (when manufacturing begins) as the funds are used to create the product.
Any cancellation will be refunded minus the paypal fee. Please be sure of your purchase!
Returns, exchanges, refunds
All sales are final, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Missing Packages
Once I drop the order at the postal office I have no control over what happens to it after that. If the order goes missing I am unfortunately unable to offer replacements or refunds.
I apologize for the strict policy but I am a very small business and cannot afford these costs, especially when the error isn't on my end.
I would be happy to help with filing a claim if possible.
Incorrect address / returned package
If a customer provided the wrong address, they must contact me as fast as possible so I can manually change it. This is only possible if the order hasn't already been shipped. If the order is returned to me after shipment, the customer will need to pay the shipping fee for reshipment.

x Germany: I can only ship stickers and prints due to LUCID laws.
x Russia: Shipping currently unavailable.
Please make sure I can ship to you! If I can't send your products to you after you've placed the order, I will reach out to you to cancel and refund your order.
How fast is shipping?
x European orders: 3-7 days
x International orders: 1-3 weeks (1 month for holidays).
Shipping delays may occur due to customs or holidays.
